  39. DECUS is not an incorporated entity. Thus, when someone donates
  40. anything "to DECUS", remember they're donating it to a club of
  41. lots (used to be ~50,000) members. If you're a member, you've
  42. by this reasoning as good a right to release material to
  43. other places as anyone else....

  45. It is true that the library seems not to have any ability to make
  46. tapes or floppies these days.
